This privacy notice describes how and why Nevitech ("we," "us," or "our") might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our mobile apps, our websites and any other related services ("Services"). If you do not agree with this notice, please do not use our Services. Questions? Contact us at [email protected].
This page has two parts: the general terms that apply to every Nevitech app, and a section describing the data practices of particular features. Which features an app has is shown on its store listing and in the app.
Contents
Depending on the app and the features you use, we may process the following:
We do not intentionally process sensitive personal information.
We do not sell your personal data to external parties.
Service providers – We use providers to run our apps, for example Firebase and Google services for authentication, analytics, crash reporting and advertising, RevenueCat for purchases, and AI providers for apps with AI features. They process data on our behalf or under their own terms. The feature section below lists the providers used.
Compliance with laws – We may disclose your personal data to courts, law enforcement agencies and governmental authorities (i) to comply with our legal obligations, (ii) to respond to legal process and to claims asserted against us, (iii) to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity, (iv) to enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements with users, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Nevitech, its employees and members of the public.
Features you choose to use – If you share content or connect an app to other apps or social networks, the data you share is subject to those services' terms.
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize the account data we hold about you, except records we must or may keep, such as purchase records and fraud-prevention records. The feature section below gives details. Data held by Apple, Google and our other providers follows their retention policies.
Our providers, including Google (Firebase and AdMob) and RevenueCat, process data on servers in other countries, including the United States. By using the Services you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
We maintain appropriate technical, administrative and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal data we collect or store, and we regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, it is not possible to guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet. You use our Services and provide personal data at your own discretion and risk.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to delete your account, by emailing [email protected] with the app name, or through the steps on our Contact Us page. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily remove backend, store or provider records. The feature section below explains what deletion covers. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or access tokens.
On iOS and Android you can also reset your advertising identifier and manage tracking and personalised-ads permissions in your device settings. You can withdraw consent you gave in an app, such as consent to personalized ads or analytics, in the app's settings or your device settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, California or Australia) you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your local privacy regulator. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law, other than the advertising SDK data flows described in the feature section.
We may update this notice, including when we add an app. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
An app uses only the features it offers. Information about each feature applies to an app only if it has that feature.
Accounts can be optional. If you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication processes the information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address, display name and avatar (optional), and we can associate your account identifier with your purchase, Credit and content records. If you registered by mistake, you can delete your account from the app's settings, where available, or contact us.
Apps with creation or sharing features process the prompts, images, comments and other content you submit, and identify you as their creator. Content and profile details you choose to make public can be viewed and commented on by other users. If you connect an app to other apps or social networks, the data you share is subject to their terms.
AI features send your request to our backend and to the configured AI provider, and can save results to your signed-in account. Feedback you submit is saved with your account identifier. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or feedback.
Some apps store your selections, saved items, progress, history and display settings on your device. We do not promise cloud backup or synchronization unless an app says so; availability depends on the app version.
Apple or Google handles checkout. RevenueCat processes purchase and customer identifiers, entitlement information and Credit balances used by the app. Do not send payment-card details to Nevitech support.
Apps can use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics and Google AdMob. These can collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location from your IP address, interaction data and diagnostics. Ads can be removed by a premium purchase where an app offers one.
Where an app offers backup to Google Drive, it is optional and
user-initiated and uses the limited drive.file scope, so the
app can only access files it creates in your own Drive.
Where an app offers account deletion in its settings, the request cleans up your server-side account after a grace period shown in the app, and requires fresh sign-in verification. You can also email us with "Privacy request" and the app name. Deletion does not erase local data on your device or backups in your own Google Drive.
After an account is deleted we may keep keyed digests of sign-in identifiers to prevent repeated welcome-credit claims; these do not contain raw provider identifiers. Feedback records become eligible for automatic deletion after 30 days; deletion is asynchronous. Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat follow their own retention.
