Last updated October 28, 2026

This policy applies to all Nevitech apps, websites and related services (the "Services").

Reporting Claims of Copyright and/or Related Rights Infringement

We take claims of infringement of copyright and related rights seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations. If you believe any material accessible on or from our Services infringes your copyright and/or related rights, you may request its removal by submitting a written notification (the "Copyright Notice") that includes substantially the following:

Our designated copyright agent to receive Copyright Notices is:

Copyright Notice Department
Nevitech
Email: [email protected]

If you fail to comply with all of the requirements above, your Copyright Notice may not be effective.

If you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on our Services is infringing your copyright and/or related rights, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under applicable law.

Counter Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification (a "Counter Notice") by email to [email protected]. A Counter Notice must substantially include:

If we receive a Counter Notice that meets these requirements, we will report it to the person who submitted the original notice and re-enable the content unless that person brings a judicial or administrative proceeding, a criminal complaint or an alternative dispute process within 15 business days of our report.

We are not obliged to supervise or monitor our users' systems or networks to actively search for possible infringements occurring online.

If you knowingly materially misrepresent that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

A repeat infringer is generally a user who has received multiple valid copyright infringement notices within a certain period, as determined at our discretion. We consider factors including the number and nature of notices and any counter notifications.

We also reserve the right to act in cases of serious copyright violations or fraudulent activity, even if a user does not strictly meet the repeat infringer threshold.

Limitation of Liability

Nevitech is not liable for any mistaken removal or failure to remove allegedly infringing content, provided it acts in good faith in accordance with this policy. Users agree that Nevitech is not responsible for resolving copyright disputes and that such disputes should be addressed directly between the copyright holder and the alleged infringer.
